At Luxe Again Maison, we are committed to ensuring your luxury purchase is delivered securely and efficiently.

Shipping to Australia

We use Australia Post - Standard Post (FREE) and Express Post* includes Insurance ($150.00) for customers within Australia.

  • Shipping Provider: We partner with Australia Post for all domestic deliveries — fully insured*, tracked, and secure. *For Express Post only.
  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping rates are FREE and Express Post is $150.00 includes insurance.
  • Dispatch: In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe handover of your order.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number you can monitor your shipment’s journey in real time.

Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Army Post Office (APO) addresses. A valid street address is required for delivery.

Local Pick Up:

If you select Local Pick Up at checkout, collection is available by appointment only from our Sydney showroom.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Please contact us with your order number to arrange pick up instructions.

Duties and Taxes:

For international orders, Luxe Again Maison is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any required duties or taxes as determined by their local customs authority.

Shipping & Damages

Every item is thoroughly inspected before packing. Standard Post does not include insurance. We highly recommend the Express Post option which includes full insurance coverage for peace of mind. Each item is also video recorded during the packing process to verify its condition and ensure the correct item is shipped.

We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit.
