What is the consignment process?
- Submit the online form with your bag details and photos—we’ll reply within 24 hours.
- Send us the bag: either drop off by appointment at our Sydney showroom or ship it to our showroom (fully insured and tracked).
- Authenticate: we verify the item (Entrupy and/or brand checks).
- Create the listing: we take high-resolution photos, write a detailed description and publish on our website.
- Promote: we share to our social channels and email subscribers to reach ready buyers.
- Get paid: once it sells, we deposit the proceeds (minus our commission) directly to your nominated bank account.
How quickly will my bag sell?
It varies by brand, style, condition and price, but our goal is to place it with the right buyer as quickly as possible. We price strategically, authenticate, photo in high resolution, and promote across our website, socials and email to speed things along.
What is the consignment period?
Our standard consignment term is 6 weeks. If you choose to end the consignment before the 6 weeks are up, an Early Termination Fee equal to the full commission applies. At the end of 6 weeks you can extend for another term (often with a price refresh) or collect your item from our Sydney showroom.
What happens if my bag doesn’t sell?
Our standard consignment term is 6 weeks. If it hasn’t sold by then, you can choose to:
- Reduce the price and reset for another 6-week term, or
- End the consignment and collect your item from our Sydney showroom (by appointment).
Which designers do you accept?
We accept: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Celine, Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Dior, Prada, Fendi, Goyard, and Loewe.
Do I need the receipt, dust bag or accessories to sell?
No—these aren’t required. However, original receipts, dust bags, boxes, straps or cards can increase buyer confidence and typically allow a higher listing price.
What happens if my item is found to be a replica?
We will not list the item. A $200 fee applies to cover authentication time and staff costs, and the item must be collected from our Sydney showroom or returned at your expense.
Consignment commission rates
(AUD, based on final sale price)
- $0 – $2,000: Flat $350
- $2,001 – $12,000: 12% + $50
- $12,001 and over: 10% + $250
Commission is deducted from the sale proceeds. Rates include authentication, pro photography, listing, and marketing across our site, socials, and email.
